Any information we do collect will only be used in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and Our obligations under the law. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using Our Site immediately.

Refund Policy

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the goods or will refund you in accordance with clause 9.3 if payment has already been made. This might be because what you have ordered is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the items ordered or because we are unable to meet a collection time you have specified. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number if you contact us about your order. Our Site is solely for the promotion of our goods in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from customers outside the UK.
